You will also greet visitors, clients, and other guests upon arrival and departure while ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean and organized lobby area and assist in various administrative tasks as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
- Take messages when necessary and relay information promptly
- Greet visitors, clients, and other guests upon arrival and departure
- Assist with special requests such as room changes or extra linens
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist in various administrative tasks as needed

Job Qualifications:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent to drive business success and create exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Oversees the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and policy explanations.
- Manages employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering open communication channels.
- Provides guidance on organizational design, structure, and culture initiatives to improve workforce efficiency and engagement.
- Leads or participates in negotiations with unions or government agencies regarding labor contracts and regulations.
- Monitors industry trends and benchmarks best practices in human resources to continuously enhance the organization's HR policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations, such as equal opportunity, harassment prevention, and wage and hour requirements.
- Conducts exit interviews to gather feedback on employee experience and identifies opportunities to improve retention rates.
- Partners with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software, such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and use them to inform decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Job Summary: As the HR Manager for our hotel, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and legal compliance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent to drive business success and create exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Oversees the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and policy explanations.
- Manages employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering open communication channels.
- Provides guidance on organizational design, structure, and culture initiatives to improve workforce efficiency and engagement.
- Leads or participates in negotiations with unions or government agencies regarding labor contracts and regulations.
- Monitors industry trends and benchmarks best practices in human resources to continuously enhance the organization's HR policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations, such as equal opportunity, harassment prevention, and wage and hour requirements.
- Conducts exit interviews to gather feedback on employee experience and identifies opportunities to improve retention rates.
- Partners with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software, such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and use them to inform decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Management von neuen Hotelprojekten und Renovierungen von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung einschließlich der Übergabe an MEININGER Operations unter Einhaltung des Zeitplans, des Budgets und der erforderlichen Qualität
  • Erstellen bzw. Prüfen von Layouts für neue Hotels (Wegeführungen, Zonierung, etc.)
  • Prüfen und Verbessern vertraglichen Standards
  • Auswahl und Beauftragung von Innenarchitekten und externen Fachplanern
  • Vorbereitung und Steuerung der Ausschreibung von FF+E-Einbau und baulichen Arbeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Procurement-Abteilung
  • Überwachung obengenannter Arbeiten auf der Baustelle
  • Erstellung und laufende Überprüfung von Projektzeitplänen in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen/Budgets für FF&E und Kostenkontrolle für die genehmigten Projektbudgets
  • Leitung und Koordinierung interner Partner und externer Berater auf der Grundlage des Projektbedarfs

DEIN PROFIL

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung und im Projektmanagement von Bauprojekten, vorzugsweise in der Hotelindustrie
  • Bachelor-/Master-Abschluss in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder im Nachweis einer technischen/ baurelevanten Qualifikation und im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung im (internationalen) Projektmanagement und in der Überwachung und Koordinierung von Projekten von Grundlagenermittlung bis zum Abschluss, vorzugsweise mit einer Projektmanagementqualifikation

YOUR TASKS

  • Administer the Change & Technology budget, forecasts, and vendor contracts, including their ongoing maintenance

  • Set up and maintain project files

  • Establish document control procedures

  • Collect actuals data and forecasts; update plans

YOUR TASKS

  • Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate, civil, commercial, and compliance matters

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with internal and external stakeholders and enhance MEININGER’s contract management

  • Support the management of legal risks, ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable regulations across Europe

  • Monitor and advise on regulatory developments impacting the hospitality industry

  • Support dispute resolution and litigation processes

  • Support the development and implementation of compliance standards and processes

  • Support the team in special Project related work

  • Liaise and co-ordinate with external legal law firms when necessary

YOUR PROFILE

  • A degree in Law (LL.B, LL.M, or equivalent)

  • 2-3 years of experience in a legal role, ideally within a corporate environment or law firm

  • Knowledge of contract law, corporate law and data protection

  • Previous experience in the hospitality or real estate sector is a plus

  • Strong analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage

YOUR TASKS

  • Obtain competitive quotations and run tenders according to company requirements and policies

  • Negotiate with suppliers to establish purchase contracts, ensuring that terms are favorable and purchases offer the best value for money

  • Ensure that goods and services are delivered on time and meet quality standards

  • Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, service, and price, and take action to address any issues with non-performing suppliers

  • Communication with all related internal and external parties regularly to ensure strong support for the agreed schedule and quality

  • Significantly supporting the implementation of a new purchasing system

  • Maintain comprehensive records of all procurement activities in compliance with policies and procedures, and provide analyses and reports to the Head of Procurement

  • Ensuring the documentation related to purchases are maintained and filed according to the current policies and procedures

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, expertise in hospitality is a plus

  • Experience in hotel operations and / or hotel purchasing activities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hotel Management or equivalent

  • Ability to develop purchasing strategies and review procurement contracts/ frame agreements

  • Business fluency in English and German OR French, other language skills are a plus

  • Good knowledge of MS office

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong negotiating and closing skills required, along with a demonstrated ability to develop negotiation strategies for complex activities

    DEIN PROFIL

      • Tu assureras le bon accueil de nos clients et leur satisfaction

      • Tu seras en charge des Check-in/Check-out en créant une expérience inoubliable pour nos clients tout en optimisant l’occupation de l’hôtel

      • You perform visual checks of communal areas and hotel grounds, execute exchange of wear and tear parts (light bulbs, mattresses, etc), basic repairs (furniture and bathroom equipment), small painting works, etc.

      • You monitor and maintain utility areas and equipment

      • You work closely with FM contractors and FM department in Berlin HQ to develop and execute maintenance plans

      • You are responsible for and keep stock of all maintenance inventory of supplies and equipment

      • You respond to customer and management inquiries and requests and document them accordingly

      • You are accountable for the interior and exterior cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel

      • You’re flexible and understand that working in the Hotel industry occasionally can mean having to work during weekends, and on public holidays.

       YOUR PROFILE 

      • You have technical background or education, relevant practical experience is a plus 

      • You enjoy helping people and getting things done

      • You work efficiently and independently, organizing multiple projects, tasks and activities

      • You enjoy diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays and weekends

      • You are fluent in English and preferably in Danish

      • You possess Driver's license B

      DEINE AUFGABEN

      • Du schaffst eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre und garantierst einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt für unsere Gäste

      • Du bist von A bis Z der Ansprechpartner unserer Gäste während des gesamten Aufenthalts und verantwortlich für den Check-In, Check-Out so­wie die Belegungsoptimierung

      • Du be­ant­wor­test te­le­fo­ni­sche und per­sön­li­che Gäs­te­an­fra­gen und gibst Auskunft über lokale Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und zusätzliche Serviceleistungen

      • Du bist verantwortlich für administrative Aufgaben: Abrechnung, Arbeitszeiterfassung, Online-Reputationsmanagement, Qualitätsprüfungen

      • Du übernimmst regelmäßige Hausrundgänge während der Nacht

      • Du arbeitest in einem Team und bist bereit gelegentlich im Bereich F&B auszuhelfen (Frühstück, Abendessen, Bar)

      • Du hast Freude daran, in einer vielfältigen Arbeitsumgebung zu arbeiten und bist flexibel gegenüber wechselnden Arbeitszeiten wie bspw. am Wochenende und unter der Woche

      DEIN PROFIL

      • Du besitzt erste Berufserfahrung und/oder hast eine Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie

      • Du bist ein herzlicher Gastgeber, der unseren Gästen einen einzigartigen Aufenthalt bereitet

      • Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der MEININGER Qualitätsstandards an der Rezeption

      • Du übernimmst die Führung aller Rezeptionsmitarbeiter in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Assistant Hotel Manager

      Job Summary: As the HR Manager for our hotel, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and legal compliance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent to drive business success and create exceptional guest experiences.

      Job Responsibilities:
      - Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent.
      - Oversees the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and policy explanations.
      - Manages employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering open communication channels.
      - Provides guidance on organizational design, structure, and culture initiatives to improve workforce efficiency and engagement.
      - Leads or participates in negotiations with unions or government agencies regarding labor contracts and regulations.
      - Monitors industry trends and benchmarks best practices in human resources to continuously enhance the organization's HR policies and procedures.
      - Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations, such as equal opportunity, harassment prevention, and wage and hour requirements.
      - Conducts exit interviews to gather feedback on employee experience and identifies opportunities to improve retention rates.
      - Partners with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

      Qualifications:
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
      - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
      - Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
      - Experience in unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) is highly desirable.
      - Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software, such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle.
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
      - Ability to analyze complex data sets and use them to inform decision-making processes.
      - Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
      - PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
