Brief Job Summary:
Meininger is one of Europe’s leading hotel groups specialized in budget accommodation for backpackers and other travelers looking for affordable prices and great services. As part of the global HR team, you will support the Head of Global HR and assist her on various HR topics, projects and processes. You will also work closely together with the local HR teams in each country. This role requires fluent English skills (spoken and written) and French would be an asset.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Head of Global HR on different topics and projects, e.g. recruitment campaigns, implementation of new policies etc.
• Administering and analyzing data related to human resources within the organization.
• Assisting in developing and implementing human resources programs and policies.
• Assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Maintaining records related to employee hiring, transfers, terminations, and other personnel actions.
• Assisting in conducting research and preparing reports on various human resources issues.
• Providing assistance to employees and managers regarding human resources policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

You perform visual checks of communal areas and hotel grounds, execute exchange of wear and tear parts (light bulbs, mattresses, etc), basic repairs (furniture and bathroom equipment), small painting works, etc.

You work closely with FM contractors and FM department in Berlin HQ to develop and execute maintenance plans
